Client Responsibilities

Call The Tech is not responsible for lost data, unsupported devices, or issues arising from undisclosed device conditions.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Service dates and times are estimates and may change due to technician availability, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, which will be communicated in advance.

Payments

Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payments are due as agreed. Call The Tech may suspend or withhold services if payments are not received when due. Outstanding balances may be subject to additional charges or interest where permitted by law.

Warranty & Limitations

Any warranties on parts or labour will be specified in writing at the time of service. Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper use

  • Conditions unrelated to the service performed

  • Acts of nature, theft, or external damage

Warranty details, duration, and coverage will be outlined in your service confirmation or invoice.

Limitation of Liability
